At Inky's Treasures, we want you to love what you ordered! Because our products are made-to-order just for you, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Because each item is printed on demand specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. Please double-check our size guides before ordering!
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.
